2231. ఎవరి కొంప తియ్యడానకు యీ జంగం వేషం వేశినావు.
To ruin whom are you disguised as Jamgam?

2232. ఎవరి జానతో వారు యెనిమిది జానలే.
[Measured] with his own span, every man is eight spans high.
2233.ఎవరివల్ల చెడ్డావోయి వీరన్నా అంటే నోటివల్ల చెడ్డానోయి కాటమరాజా అన్నాడట.
When Katamarazu said "O Veeranna! by whom have you been ruined?" he replied "I have been ruined by my own mouth O Katamrazu"!

2234. ఎవరు యిచ్చినది యీ మాన్యము అంటే, నేనే యిచ్చుకొన్నాను అన్నాడట.
When asked "who gave you the freehold?" he said "I gave it to myself." Said one who helps himself without regard to the law mcum and tuum.
