కాపీహక్కులు

కాపీహక్కుల గురించి జ్ఞాపకం చేసినందుకు కృతజ్ఞతలు. నేను తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లీషు కాపీహక్కుల వివరాలు చదివాను. కానీ పూర్తిగా అర్ధంచేసుకోలేకపోయాను. ఒక విషయం అర్ధం అయింది. ప్రతీ రచనకు కొంతకాలం వరకు కాపీహక్కులు వర్తిస్తాయి. కానీ భారతదేశంలో ఆ సమయం ఎంతకాలం అన్నది నిర్ధిష్టంగా తెలియజేయలేదు. మీరు తెలియజేస్తే దాని ప్రకారం చేయవచ్చును.Rajasekhar1961 08:34, 7 మార్చి 2008 (UTC)
