Usage[మార్చు]
This template takes no parameters, and performs no function in the text, except as an alert to editors. It is used to tell other editors that the noted text should be left as is. Perhaps there's a typo or other mistake, but the mistake appears in the original document/source, and should be kept as such on Wikisource.
Properly used, the template should immediately follow the typo or error it is intended to mark, as:
- ...were a great many poeple{{sic}} present at the event...
It will have no visible effect on the text once the edit is saved.
N.B.: Sic is Latin for "just like that".
