D: I do not object to differences. But the claims of superiority are wrong.
M: There are differences in the limbs of one's body. When the hand touches the foot the hand is defiled. Each limb performs it's function. Why do you object to differences?
D: The people feel the injustice of caste distinction, it must be rooted out.
M: You can individually arrive at the state where such distinctions are not perceived and be happy. How can you hope to reform the world? Even if you try you cannot succeed. Kavyakantha Ganapathi Sastri offered to initiate Harijans with Mantras and make Brahmins of them. But the Harijans did not come forward to accept the offer......*[1]
ఈ భేదముల సంగతి ఎట్లున్నను ఒక విషయము మాత్రము నిశ్చితము. ఈ అభిప్రాయ భేదములవలన నాయనకు గురువునందు భక్తి, మహర్షికి శిష్యునందు అనురాగము ఏ మాత్రము తగ్గ లేదు. అభిప్రాయ భేదముల వలన మహితాత్ములయందు పరస్పరాను రాగము భంగపడదు. నాయన నిర్యాణవార్త భగవానుని ఎంతగా కదిలించెనో చూడుడు.
