ఈ ముద్రణలో 1 ఫిబ్రవరి, 1991న ఉన్నట్లు హిందూ డిస్పొజిషన్ ఆఫ్ ప్రాపర్టీ యాక్టు, 1916 (1916 లోని 15వ చట్టము) యొక్క ప్రాధికృత, తెలుగు పాఠము కలదు. ఈ పాఠమును 1991 ఫిబ్రవరి 19వ తేదీగల భారత రాజపత్రము, అసాధారణ భాగము XVI అనుభాగము 1; సంఖ్య 1, సంపుటము 6లో 50వ పుటలో ప్రచురించడమైనది.
ఈ తెలుగు పాఠము రాష్ట్రపతి ప్రాధికారము ననుసరించి ప్రాధికృత పాఠముల (కేంద్ర శాసనముల) చట్టము, 1973 యొక్క 2వ పరిచ్ఛేదములోని ఖండము (ఏ) క్రింద ప్రచురించడమైనది. అట్లు ప్రచురించినమీదట, ఈ అనువాదము ఆ చట్టమునకు ప్రాధికృత తెలుగు పాఠమైనది.

PREFACE
This edition of The Hindu Disposition of Property Act, 1916 (Act 15 of 1916) as on 1st February, 1991 contains the authoritative Text of that Act in Telugu which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part XVI, Section 1, No. 6, Vol. 6, 19th February, 1991 on page 50.
This Telugu text was published under the authority of the President under clause (a) of Section 2 of the Authoritative Texts (Central Laws) Act, 1973, and on such publication it became the authoritative text of that Act in Telugu.
