A record in the twenty-sixth year of the Hoysala king Vīra-Sōmēśvaradēva (the father Vīra Ramanātha and Narasimha llI, who conquered the Chōḷa country about 1252 and founded Vikramapura there). Records gift of land to an image of the goddess, set up by Mahāpradhanin Kampaya-Daṇḍanāyaka.
