the manuscript copies with the microfilm copy while making corrections and arriving at proper readings of the text, in correcting the proofs, in preparing the appendices, in making available the relevant portions of Somadeva's Kathasaritsagara and in preparing the typed copies of this critical edition respectively.
It may not be out of place, if I make a mention of the suggestion made by Sri N S Sundareswara Rao in fixing the norms of editing While informing me the availability of the required paper manuscripts he has supplied a few printed books also for my reference in this regard.
