ల మొదటివిగాన ముందువేదములను గూర్చి 'కే, గారువ్రాసిన వాక్యరత్నములఁ బరీక్షింతము.
సామవేదము. (a)
టిలాంగుగారుభగవద్గీత యేకాలమునాటిది? యనుప్రశ్నను వేసికొని “It appears to me, that the work bears on the face of it very plain marks indicating that it belongs to an age prior to the systam-making age of Sanscrit philosophy, (మంచి కట్టుదిట్టములతో సంస్కృత దర్శనములు వ్రాయఁబడిన కాలమునకుఁ బూర్వపుది యని తెల్పుటకు ఆగ్రంధమందు విస్పష్టముగా మంచి ఋజువులు కలవు అని నాకుతోఁచుచున్నది) అని వ్రాసిరి. ఇందులకువారు చూపినఋజువులు చాలకలవు. అందులోమనము మొదటఁ బరిశీలింప వలసినది సామవేదమును గూర్చిన దైయున్నది.
