భ్రమరమ' గుచు పురువు బ్రతికిన' ట్లు;
గురుని గొల్చు వెనక, గురువు తానౌ' నయా. వి. 105
మాట దిద్ద వచ్చు' మరి యెగ్గు లేకుండ,
దిద్ద వచ్చు రాయి, తిన్నగాను;
మనసు దిద్ద రాదు, మహినెంత వారికి. వి. 106
మనసునందు ముక్తి మలయుచునుండంగ,
మనసునె' రుగ లేక, మనుజులె' ల్ల,
మనసునంట లేక, మాయమై పోదురు. వి. 107

104. If you painfully dig a well in a rock devoid of a spring, you will suffer great weariness, but not gain your desire : but a pit dug in low ground will support a tribe.
