సతికి పతికి నైన, సంపద సంపదే?
పుత్ర - సంపదలును భువిని మేలు,
సరిగ ముదిసి బ్రతుకు, సంపద సంపద. వి. 202
200. If wealth leave us, resolution will not remain ; and if spirit be wanting, wealth is nothing . Possessions and valor united constitute a King.
201. Marriage contracts, given and received with friendship, shall not lead to decrease, but shall flourish, spreading as a lotus plant does over the water, blossoming, budding, and bearing abundant fruit. †[2]
202.Are riches the real wealth of either the wife or the husband? Surely the possession of a son is the first of blessings, and to grow old together is the greatest of all riches.
