ఇంత పొడవుగా ఇంగ్లీషు ఉదాహరణమేమని యింగ్లీషు తెలియని పాఠకులు ఆశ్చర్యపడవచ్చును. దాని యర్ధమిది
"ఆంధ్ర భాష యొక్క సౌందర్యము, దాని కవిత దాని మనోహరమగు సంగీతము వీని విషయమై యేమియు సందేహింప నవసరము లేదు. ఈ కడపటి గుణమగు గానమాధుర్య గుణ ముక్కటే ఆంధ్ర పద నిర్వచనములో కన్య కుమారి నుండి తపతీనదీ తీరము వరకు నివసించు జనులందరిని చేర్చుటకు తావిచ్చుచున్నది. తమిళులు, కన్నడీలు, మళయాళీలు వీరును ఆంధ్రులే యగుదురు. ఏలన త్యాగరాజు గానము చేసిన దీ దేవభాషయగు నాంధ్రమందే. తెలుగుభాషను ప్రాచ్యపు నిటలీ భాషయనుట న్యాయముగా నున్నది".
