1724. మాల కూటికి లోబడ్డా, పప్పు బద్ద దొరకదు.

- Mâlâya means a Pariah ; Kôlâya is an imaginary name.
- Said contemptuously of a Pariah.
1728. మింగ మెతుకు లేదు, మీసాల మీదికి సంపెంగనూనె.
- Not a grain to eat, but scented oil for his mustaches.

- Love of outward show disproportionate to one’s means.
1729. మింగరాని కడి.
- A lump that cannot be swallowed.
