1061. తామరాకులో నీళ్లు తల్లడించినట్టు

Like a drop of water on a lotus leaf.
A very unsettled state.

1062. తాళిమి తన్నూ కాచును యెదిరినీ కాచును.

Patience will save you and your neighbour.

1063. తాళ్లకు తలను చండ్లు మేకలకు మెడను చండ్లు.

The Palmyra trees have teats on their heads, the goats have teats (Wattles) on their necks.

The Hindus call the flower stalk (apadix ) of the Palmyra a teat.
Useless appendages.

1064. తాళ్లపాకవారి కవిత్వము కొంత, తన పైత్యము కొంత.

Part [of the book] is the poetry of Tallapakavaru, the rest is his own rubbish.
Said of a man who has spoilt the good work of another.

1065. తాళ్లు తన్నేవారి తలలు తన్నేవాడు.

A man that kicks the heads of people who kick the tops of Palmyra trees.
More wicked than the other.

1066. తావలశినది రంభ, తాములిగినది గంగ.

He thinks the woman he loves to be Rambha and the water he bathes in, the Ganges.
Rambha is the most beautiful of all the Apsarasas or courtezans of Svarga, the Hindu elysium.
