699. కొన్నవాడి కన్న తిన్నవాడే మేలు.

701. కొబ్బరి చెట్టు యెందుకు యెక్కుతావురా అంటే, దూడ గడ్డికోసరము యెక్కుతానన్నట్టు.
- Like a man saying, when asked why he was getting up the cocoanut tree, that he wanted grass for his calf.
- An absurd reason.

- Like scratching one’s head with a firebrand.
- Applied to the use of bad agents.
