ఈ ముద్రణలో 1 జూన్, 1991న ఉన్నట్లుగా ది సినిమాటోగ్రాఫ్ యాక్ట్, 1952 (1952 లో 37వ చట్టము) యొక్క ప్రాధికృత తెలుగు పాఠము కలదు. ఈ పాఠమును 26 ఆగష్టు, 1991 తేదీగల భారత రాజపత్రము, అసాధారణ భాగము XVI అనుభాగము 1; సంఖ్య 6, సంపుటము 6లో 795 నుండి 807 వరకుగల పుటలలో ప్రచురించడమైనది.
ఈ తెలుగు పాఠమును, రాష్ట్రపతి ప్రాధికారము ననుసరించి ప్రాధికృత పాఠముల (కేంద్ర శాసనముల) చట్టము, 1973 యొక్క 2వ పరిచ్ఛేదములోని ఖండము (ఏ) క్రింద ప్రచురించడమైనది. అట్లు ప్రచురించినమీదట, ఈ అనువాదము ఆ చట్టమునకు ప్రాధికృత తెలుగు పాఠమైనది.

PREFACE
This edition of The Cinematograph Act, 1952 (Act 37 of 1952) as on 1st June, 1991 contains the authoritative Text of that Act in Telugu which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part XVI, Section 1, No. 6, Vol. 6, dated 26th August, 1991 on pages from 795 to 807.
This Telugu text was published under the authority of the President under clause (a) of Section 2 of the Authoritative Texts (Central Laws) Act, 1973, and on such publication it became the authoritative text of that Act in Telugu.
